Boo! I thought you were more scientific after reading the fantastic essay on Bees, Ice, and Goldfish. Your categories are Free, Premium, and Professional, and not Paid. Since ‘Chef’s Knives’ doesn’t load for me, I presume Paid = Professional and not Premium. Hopefully, the problem is on my side, and then I will go to my room for permanent quiet time!
