Refunds & Cancellations Policy
To cancel the automatic billing cycle and end your subscription at the next period, please go to the Membership section of the My Account page (while logged in) and click on "Cancel your subscription." If you need assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
ET Premium Monthly or Annual Subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are having an issue with your subscription, please contact us at [email protected] so we can help resolve it.
ET Professional subscriptions have a 30-day refund period. Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be made by the payment method you used to subscribe.
Current ET Premium subscribers will have remaining ET Premium subscription value credited directly against the cost of a ET Pro subscription Upgrade. Any prior same-year ET Premium payments will be refunded to you as a separate transaction if paying by credit card or as an adjustment on your invoice if paying by check, wire or ACH.
